Welcome Wonderful Trekkers!

Congratulations on making the decision to be part of this growing trekking community.  You have not only said yes to fitness, but yes to adventure and yes to new amazing friendships!  Below you will find all the important dates for this season of Trek Training as well as important documents for you to download, read and keep handy.  You will come back to this page each week to sign up for your weekly sessions.  Due to Covid-19, only 8-12 people are allowed at each session. New sign-up procedures have been created to accommodate for this new rule. Our weekly sign-up procedures are as follows: 

Every Friday of the season, the next week's sessions will be listed. To find these sessions click on the ''Sign-up for Weekly Hikes and 90-Minute Training Sessions'' button. In order to come to trek training each week you will need to sign up! We will have 3 rounds of sign-ups:  

First Round of Sign-ups for everyone is on Friday. You may only sign up for one session on this day. If by chance when you go to sign up there are no sessions available, please email Sheri at sheri@transformtrekking.com and let her know.

Second Round of Sign-ups start on Saturday. You may sign up for a second session if spaces are available.

Third Round of sign-ups start on Sunday. You may sign up for a third session if spaces are available.

*When you sign-up you are committing to coming, unless of course you develop symptoms of COVID-19, or you have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19.

*Waiting lists will be available by emailing Sheri and letting her know which session or sessions you would like to attend.

Tuesday 10:30AM – 12:00PM:  Lower Woodland Park of Seattle

Wednesday 10:00AM – 12:00PM:  Alternating Parks (see below)

Thursday 8:00AM - 9:30AM:  Lower Woodland Park of Seattle

Thursday 10:30AM - 12:00PM:  St. Edward’s State Park of Kenmore

Sunday Sept 13 - Cedar Butte 3.5 miles, (900 ft elevation gain)
Friday Sept 25 - Dirty Hairy's Balcony (4.4 miles, 1300 ft elevation gain)
Sunday Oct 4 - May Valley Loop Trail to Bullitt Fireplace on Squak Mountain (6.6 miles, 1684 ft elevation gain)
Friday Oct 16 - Boulder Garden Loops - starts at Little Si (6 miles)
Sunday Nov 1 - Margaret's Way + Debbie's Lookout (7 miles round trip - 1500 ft elevation gain)
Saturday Nov 21 - Lime Kiln Trail (7 miles 625 ft elevation gain)
Friday Dec 4 - Ravenna Park to Park Trail (7 miles)
